Healer and Intuitive Estelle Sugawa Adams

I have developed skills for distance readings, telephone readings, emails and touch of items. I can actually see inside an ill person or animal and identify the problem, so that the person or owner of the animal can seek medical attention. At times, I can ask Creator to heal the problem which can include physical trauma and mental trauma. I also channel information, guidance and words of comfort from Creator. I am able to see full manifestations, pick up scents, feel when someone from the other-side touches or hugs me, feel hot and cold spots and catch visitors passing through my home.
I have never been alarmed from visitors, because I am a student of Robert Caruso's classes and we all know Robert! As Robert says, just tell the visitor to get the blank out of your home or out of your face!

I was listening to a talk radio show this morning and they were asking for people to call in if they had lost their job and were so broke that they were willing to do an online porn website "thing"...

Dear Producers

Generation of Lost Stories:
Hello, I’m Doris Anne Beaulieu. The lagging economy has made going to the movies one of the best entertainment sources that many families can afford. The box office numbers clearly show us that it fits the consumer’s needs and desires for entertainment despite the tight economy.
That tight economy, however, has shown another side to that coin that the movie industry needs to look at and hopefully respond to so that we don’t end up with a generation of lost stories.
We… Continue

Inverted yoga postures Day 6-32

Well I thought I was going to be posting weekly, that didn't turn out too well.
But how much can I say about inverted postures?

I believe that I have a handle on the headstand.
I'm now doing it away from the wall, consistently.

The handstand has proven to be be a little more problematic.
I am just now being able to hold myself straight up and not for very long
I'm surprised at the apparent lack of progress but I know that's an illusion.

I've done yoga for far too long to think that consistent… Continue

Refuge Mountain

By Valley Reed

Where do the dispossessed go? The refugees, the homeless, pirates, star crossed lovers, the heretics, the politically oppressed……..they go to Refuge Mountain. This mountain is hidden from the waking world, it exists in the world beyond the dream world, in a location interwoven with time… Continue

Michael Moore's latest movie review by John Dossett Hines

My 9 year old son went to see Michael Moore's latest movie and here is his review:

I got home from Michael Moore's new movie Capitalism: A Love Story, and have realized that, It is our duty, as a people under this nation to realize that we have a fundamental right to not only Ourselves but to our fellow Citizen that We must Look Out for each other. Too long have we sat in the darkness of the shadows of the wealthy and political beings that run this country. We must stand up and realize that thi… Continue
